Im gonna be cooking on a propane grill. What do i need to do as far as prepping the steak? I like my steaks med- medium well. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. This will be my first time cooking a steak on the grill. Also is there any difference in cooking on a coal grill?
I have a recipe for pineapple chicken and I want to half the recipe (3 chicken breasts rather than 6, 1 pepper instead of 2, etc). Does that mean I half the cooking time as well, or does it stay the same?

The reason I’m asking is because I want to make a little show based off of my great grandmothers cookbook. I’d really like to share with people, and hopefully help others, and keep older recipes like her’s alive.
Is this a sign that the fish has gone bad? I hesitate to eat the fish when I see this. And this is after cooking a 3/4 inch slice on each side for 4 minutes.

The fact is that I am finishing 12th grade, well actually I just finished and aside from my driver’s license and working out in the gym, I thought about cooking. Do you think It would be cool for a person my age to learn cooking. I live in a country where men are like bossy and big but not really cooks. What’s your comment?
